e-Procurement
OFB e-procurement system has been launched from May 09, 2011 for procurement of Raw Materials, Components, Plants & Machinery and Civil Works of estimated value of Rs 10 Lakhs and above by Ordnance Factories.
The system has been launched at https://ofbeproc.gov.in .
Vendors/suppliers wanting to participate in e-Procurement are required to obtain Class 3 Digital Signature Certificate from any one of the seven Certifying Authorities listed at http://cca.gov.in .
